Our mission
Most job applications now pass through an applicant tracking system before a recruiter sees them. These systems read, rank, and filter resumes automatically, and a resume that parses poorly or misses the right keywords can be buried no matter how qualified the person behind it is. That is not fair, and it is fixable. Our mission is to make the hidden rules of the applicant tracking system clear to everyone, for free, so your resume is judged on your experience rather than on formatting you did not know was working against you.
Why we built CheckMyATS
We kept seeing the same story. Strong candidates applying for weeks with no response, convinced something was wrong with them, when the real problem was a resume the software could not read or match. The tools that could help often hid their real feedback behind a paywall or limited how many times you could scan. So we built the checker we wished existed: genuinely free, unlimited, private, and clear about what to fix. No gimmicks, no pressure, just a straight answer and the steps to improve.

How our ATS resume checker works
When you scan a resume, the file is parsed in your own browser and compared against the checks a real applicant tracking system runs: whether it converts cleanly to text, whether standard sections and contact details are present, whether the formatting is scannable, and how well it matches the keywords in the job you paste. Each factor is weighted into a single score out of 100, with a visible breakdown so you always know what is helping and what is holding you back. Nothing about your resume leaves your device.
